Are You Renewal Ready? Mandatory CE Reporting!

Posted in Latest News on October 31, 2014.

The Department of Health would like to remind all Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) of their upcoming mandatory continuing education (CE) reporting cycle.

LPN Renewals will begin April 2015 for the cycle ending July 31, 2015.  All CE hours must be reported into the continuing education tracking system in order to proceed with your license renewal.  If your CE records are incomplete you will not be allowed to renew your license.

If you have not registered for an account in the CE tracking system, please visit www.FLHealthSource.gov, select “Provider Services” then “Manage My License”.  From this screen you can login to your MQA Services account.  Once you are in your account select “CE Registration” from the menu on the left to create a Free Basic Account.

Please report course completion early!  Reporting at renewal may cause a delay in your renewal process.

To assist with this process the Department will be offering webinars specifically to LPN’s.  During the webinar you will see a demonstration of the continuing education tracking system, including how to create a Free Basic Account, view your course history and report continuing education.  You will also see an overview of the continuing education requirement for LPN’s.   To register for an “Are You Renewal Ready? Webinar for LPN’s, please click on the date below and complete the registration form:
