The Clearinghouse Results Website will undergo scheduled maintenance as part of the ongoing efforts to update systems. Please make note of the following important information:

Downtime Schedule:

The Clearinghouse Results Website will be down from Friday, November 8th at 5:00 PM to Monday, November 18th at 8:00 AM. During this period, the system will be inaccessible for regular use as AHCA deploys the new system

How will I receive confirmation or know that my submission was successful?


You should receive a pop up message, indicating that the submission was successful (if it was a CSV file, the message should indicate X number of records successfully imported). There is not currently a log in your account, or email confirmation to see this information, though that functionality may be implemented in the future.

If your students have already applied, the information you submitted matches their application exactly, and their application has already had an initial review (within 30 days of receipt), they should be updated/auto-approved if possible, within two business days typically. During peak graduation seasons, those needing manual approval may take slightly longer.
