You will need to review your CSV file to ensure you have the correct degree, the SSNs and DOBs are all in the correct format, and that you do not have any commas in the name fields (Ex. Smith, Jr). Suffixes will not import – you will receive an error. It is separate from the last name field in our system, so you would not include in the name field.
