You Asked, We Delivered: A New and Improved MQA Online Services is Coming Soon

We are improving our MQA Online Services to better serve you. With more than one million licensed health care practitioners, it is imperative that our online systems and resources are ready and able to meet your needs. With the improved capabilities of MQA Online Services, you will have a greater ability to manage and maintain your license from your own user account.

New and Improved Features:

✓ Request for a name change online and status change (i.e. change to retired, change to and from inactive, upgrade, downgrade, etc.)

✓ Add a secondary practice location

✓ Change your password and manage your account without having to call our MQA Call Center

✓ Manage all of your health care practitioner licenses from one account

✓ Upload and submit your required documentation online (rather than having to send them by mail)

✓ View a breakdown of your fees before you pay

✓ Receive a copy of your payment receipt by email as soon as you click ‘Submit’

Register and Renew

The online renewal process has improved. When you renew your license in the new MQA Online Services Portal, you will be required to register as a new user and link your license to your account. This is a one-time process that takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Once you have linked your health care practitioner license(s) to your user account, you will experience a streamlined, more user-friendly renewal process.

Beginning in September of 2015, the look, feel, and user-friendliness of our MQA Online Services Portal will change.
