Autonomous APRN Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) -Out-of-hospital Intrapartum Care (Effective 9/16/2024 and 2/4/2025)

The following rules, pertaining to Autonomous APRN Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) -Out-of-hospital Intrapartum Care, are now in effect from the implementation of Senate Bill 7016 from the 2024 Session.
