Florida Administrative Code: Rule 64B9-5.012

The Florida Board of Nursing proposed a new rule to incorporate the requirement of Standards for In-Service Training for Certified Nursing Assistants in Florida. Rule 64B9-5.012 became effective October 27, 2013.

The new rule allows for either a facility licensed by AHCA, a CE provider approved by the Board of Nursing or a CNA association recognized by the Board to qualify as a provider for CNA in-service training.
