Public Access to Licensure and Enforcement Documents

All board orders and discipline records are available to the public. Most are already posted to the Department of Health website for free. You can search for a health care practitioner and public documents will be available within the license verification.

You can also use the online tools to search for licensure and enforcement data about health care practitioners and establishments. Data can be downloaded for licensees, enforcement, MQA reports and statistical data.
